Unser Führer war sehr sachkundig und zuvorkommend. Selbst als wir zu spät zur Tour kamen, war er bereit und wartete auf uns. Er gab uns eine umfassende Stadtrundfahrt und zeigte uns sogar, wo er aufgewachsen ist. Er hatte auch eine Fülle von Einblicken, als wir zu der eigentlichen archäologischen Stätte gingen. Ich wollte ihm ein Trinkgeld geben, verlor aber irgendwie meine Debitkarte und konnte kein Bargeld abheben. Wenn es trotzdem etwas gibt, kannst du mich alle kontaktieren, damit ich ihm etwas für seine Zeit geben kann!

Percy was an amazing guide! He took the time to explain the history of Altun Ha and the country of Belize as well. The ruins themselves are impressive and you can feel the history of the site. The Belize sign was just a great photo opportunity! And the Travelers Rum Factory was a good time, plus interesting to see the bottle production through the viewing window. We did pay extra to add ziplining to our tour, but this was amazing. The guides Manuel and Wilfredo (Fred) were fun patient with us 2 scared ladies. Again, Percy was awesome and it was a fantastic tour!

Jeff was great and very knowledgeable! The ruins were an amazing site to see and we tasted some lovely rum. Perfect length of excursion and didn’t seem rushed.

Our tour guide was Jeff, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, funny and took great care of us. Although it was a long ride there and back, Jeff kept us occupied with deep knowledge of the country, city and places that we visited. More than that, Jeff made us feel safe, and kept us on time. The Ruins are absolute must see, you could truly sense the history and the property is very well maintained and unadulterated.

Amazing trip and our tour guide Percy was fantastic. He described the history of the ruins with such great detail and he was so patient.

Jeff our guide met us when we get off the ship. He drove us to the ruins the whole time giving us information about Belize and the ruins. We beat the buses so we had the whole place almost to ourselves. He gave a great review of the site and history of the Mayan people. On the way back to ship we had our tequila tasting and he gave us the tour of the place. The tequila was good. Highly recommend this tour.
